Every NPHC chapter has its own protocol. Confirm with chapter advisor and Greek life office before booking venues. Most schools require an event registration 4–6 weeks ahead.
Venue and logistics
Outdoor probates work best on quad lawns with stadium-style sight lines. Sound system, MC, lighting, and security need to be confirmed two weeks before.
Stroll choreography
Strolls are organizational signatures — your chapter has its own. Practice three weeks before, in costume the final week.
