Make three concentric circles: rehearsal dinner (closest 30), reception (closest 100–150), after-party (everyone). Then stick to it.

Tables of 10 — easier for families to sit together. Separate divorced parents by at least two tables.

Pre-write the toast order, including emergency cut-offs ("Aunt Cookie has 3 minutes"). Brief the MC.
