Temporal (Mad Cave Studios)

Temporal is a Mad Cave Studios time-travel sci-fi heist series written by Stephanie Williams (@whysteph) with art by Asiah Fulmore, colors by DJ Chavis, and covers by Taurin Clarke and Khary Randolph. Issue #1 launched in October 2025. The story follows Savannah and Marcus — once the most skilled temporal thieves alive — who settled down, had a son, and built a quiet suburban life. Ten years later, as their son Harper celebrates his birthday, Savannah questions whether suburban bliss is enough. In 2026 the series earned Eisner Award nominations for Best Writer (Stephanie Williams — first Black woman ever nominated in the category) and Best New Series.
