Blapp is a mobile app founded by New York-based comedian Jon Laster that lets users locate Black-owned businesses across the United States, ranging from restaurants to florists, doctors, mechanics, and merchants selling goods directly through the platform. The app features 60,000+ businesses and was conceived during the 2020 Black Lives Matter protests. Launched August 2021.
